Joe Cunningham and Pennsylvania Rep. Mike Kelly became the fourth and fifth members of Congress to become infected.Cunningham, D-S.C., had been in self-quarantine after interacting with another member of Congress who tested positive for COVID-19 but was tested at the end of his 14-day isolation due to new symptoms.REP.
