LONDON — British Prime Minister Boris Johnson says he has tested positive for the coronavirus.Taking to Twitter on Friday, Johnson wrote: “Over the last 24 hours I have developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus. I am now self-isolating, but I will continue to lead the government’s response via videoconference as we fight this virus.”Johnson also shared a video message in which he once again urged Britons to “stay at home” to stop the spread of the virus.Johnson, 55, was last seen in public applauding health-care workers on Thursday evening from the door of 10 Downing Street as a part of a national celebration of the front-line nurses and doctors.Johnson has recently appeared in good health.
